The Institute of Corporate Directors (Philippines) is a non-stock, not-for-profit national association of corporate directors and other stakeholders engaged in corporate governance.
ICD is one of the organizations that comprise the Centers for Excellence in Governance (CEG).
ICD is a learned society composed of more than 400 professional directors practicing ethical governance. ICD’s Members are committed to a shared vision of a transformed corporate governance ecosystem that bears the fruits of corporate and individual social responsibility.

Here with Mr. Francisco Eizmendi Jr., former President & CEO of San Miguel Corporation and current President of Institute for Solidarity in Asia and Former Ambassador to the UK and former Chairman of Unilever Philippines Cesar Bautista , who was one of the panelist during my interview at ICD.
